Herbal Bliss - Herbal Teas and More!

In 2003 I was in a local health food store and I spoke with a woman about how for months I had been dealing with some specific medical issues.  I explained how doctors had told me that I could have this or that, but no real help was given.  Months of pain with no real help had left me frustrated and I was beginning to feel like I would just have to live with it.  Luckily, I opened up to the right person.

A vitamin supplement, some skin cream and a book is what I left the store with that day.  2 days later I was feeling significantly better and after a week my symptoms were gone.  After months of seeing different doctors, running different tests, being referred here and there, I learned that doctors didn’t have all the answers and that healing can be found in many different places.

Since then, I have been interested in alternatives to traditional medicine.  In my newfound interest, I have been blessed to meet some wonderful people.  Each new person that has entered my life has brought with them a new avenue to be explored.  The natural gifts these people have are amazing and more than that, they are true humanitarians.  Its not about a financial bottom line to them, it’s about making a difference for everyone they meet.

I trained under Dr. Hans van Latenstein for my Gauranga Reiki Master title.  Dr. van Latenstein is one of only 7 Gauranga Reiki Grand Masters in the world and is also a Usui Reiki Master.  I hope to follow his example, as my teacher, counselor and trusted friend.

Trilby Sedlacek, RH (AHG) http://www.greenangelsherbs.com/ is my herbalism training mentor.  Tribly has the most amazing goddess energy and each time we meet I feel blessed to be in her presence.  Her shop, Green Angels Herbal Healing, is in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and I encourage everyone to visit her there.  I have many more years of training with her, and look forward to them with great enthusiasm.
